Evening Class

EVENING CLASS SPECIAL PROGRAM (ECSP)

          Evening class was opened as an Alternative Delivery Made for students who are financially hard up; students who are working during the day to help argument the family’s income. The basis for the creation of the Evening Class was DECS Order no.88 series of 1997.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• 4pcs. 2×2 ID pictures
• Elementary Report Card for Grade 7
• Report Card (DepEd Form 138-A) for transferees
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2 Photocopies of NSO Birth Certificate
• Certification of being a working student from employer

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE:

Step1. Interview with the ECSP Coordinator together with the employer                                           (for Grade 7 and transferees)

Step2. Evaluation of Documents and credentials with the Evening Class Records                              In-Charge.

Step3. Issuance of enrollment form and filling out the enrollment form

Step4. Submission of necessary requirements to Evening Class Special Program office for              final admission
